Pitch Coaching for University of Oxford’s New Accelerator

Pitch Coaching for University of Oxford’s New Accelerator

May 27-28, 2019 – Pitch Coaching 10 teams from OXFO L.E.V8, the University of Oxford’s new accelerator

Beth pitch coached 10 teams selected for the University of Oxford’s new accelerator, OXFO L.E.V8. The startups make up the second cohort since the accelerator launched last year, and included: Intellicharge, Lantana, Infogrid, NYE Health, Oxwash, Sociability, ScaleWork, SeeThrough, Empower, and WowYou!

The Oxford Foundry is the University of Oxford’s new entrepreneurship center. They are creating a diverse, student-led community where innovation and creativity lives and breathes. Their goal is to support all 24,000 students across the University – whether they are lawyers, medics, engineers or philosophers – in becoming more entrepreneurial in outlook and action.

Through the Oxford Foundry’s accelerator, OXFO L.E.V8, a select number of startups are provided with co-working space as well as a suite of support to accelerate their growth – at no charge, and without handover of IP from students to the Foundry. The highly competitive accelerator supports real businesses, with formed teams, and traction. It is sector agnostic, and focuses on ventures outside of research, whilst it benefits from being embedded in an established and powerful academic setting.
